Information on this website is for general informational purposes and does not constitute binding financial, legal, or tax advice until an LOE is signed.

3. User Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and timely financial records, statements, and login credentials necessary for us to perform compliance and filing duties. Vlnexis is not liable for penalties arising from data omission or delayed provision of documents by the client.

4. Limitations of Liability

In no event shall Vlnexis or its partners be liable for any indirect, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of the use or inability to use our services. Our liability in connection with any engagement shall be strictly limited to the professional fees paid for the specific service in question during the trailing 12 months.
